Access to and use of this Platform is subject to MSE's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer set out above. By accessing the Platform, the User agrees to be bound by these policies. If a User does not agree, they should discontinue use of the Platform.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, layout, design and Content on this Platform, unless otherwise indicated, are the property of MSE and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. Users may view and download Content for personal, non-commercial reference only; no Content may be reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without MSE's prior written consent.
Accuracy of Market Data
Market data disseminated through the Platform during trading hours is provided for informational convenience and may be subject to transmission delay. Users engaged in time-sensitive trading decisions should rely on their trading member's certified data feed rather than the Platform's public display.
Hyperlinking to This Platform
Third parties wishing to hyperlink to this Platform must do so in a manner that does not misrepresent MSE's relationship with the linking site, and must not frame or embed Platform Content in a way that alters its presentation. MSE reserves the right to request removal of any link it considers inappropriate.
Suspension and Termination
MSE reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate a User's access to any part of the Platform, including where MSE reasonably believes the User has violated these policies or applicable law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These policies shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai.
Amendments
MSE may amend these Website Policies at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such posting constitutes the User's acceptance of the amended policies.
